This decade started by being surrounded by friends/family (just 3 days shy of giving birth to my 2nd child). This decade ends with a surprise dinner planned by my husband, at my favorite place, being surrounded by neighbors who have all become dear friends over the last few years. I celebrated my 40th earlier this month with my beloved friends from my teens & 20s, and today I was able to celebrate with some of my beloved friends from my current life. 30s was the toughest decade by far. But also filled with so much joy, often found in unexpected places. Above all, the fact that my life in every decade is surrounded by such meaningful relationships…makes me one of the richest people in the world (in my eyes anyway 😊). Love to all my family & friends, old and new, near and far…for enriching my life in indescribable ways.
